Lightest Double Stroller
If you're looking for a light double-stroller that folds, the dimensions and weight are key factors to consider. When not in use, choose an infant stroller that is easy to maneuver and compact. This will allow it to store it in your car trunk and to navigate through airport gates and foreign roads.
The most lightweight strollers feature an easy, intuitive fold that lets them stand on their own. This reduces stress on the parent's body. Many strollers have different seating options and some can even accommodate infant car seats.
Kolcraft Cloud Plus
Designed for the family who are always on the move. Compact and light weight, it has an easy one-handed fold. All-terrain wheels, front suspension and multi-position reclining seats will accommodate children as heavy as 50 lbs. The tray for parents and children as well as a large storage bin and 3-tiered extended canopy with windows that peek out at the sun provide maximum protection.
The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our quality tests because it has a weak, hard plastic seat and a style that is dated. It's also more expensive than other strollers with a lighter weight. This is a bad option for those seeking an affordable option.
Although it's not the lightest double stroller, it comes with enough features that are worth a look. The swiveling front wheels make it easy to maneuver on flat surfaces and it can jump curbs with minimal effort, unlike many other lightweight strollers that diverge when trying to do the same thing. The low handle of the Cloud is a drawback, however; it's nearly at knee height and not adjustable. It's uncomfortable to push your legs hanging in the air and it's not helping that it lacks padding.
During our testing, we discovered the Cloud to be simple to open and set up. It's a little more challenging to close, however; you must slide a slider, and then pull a big white button to get it to collapse. This can be a hassle especially if you're juggling kids while you do it.
The Cloud comes with a compact but deep storage basket. It can fit a large diaper bag. The basket is narrow and you may have to leave something in there to reach the back. The Cloud has two tray for parents and children with two cup holders each, but they're too narrow to hold larger bottles or cups.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist style that's perfect for trips. It's extremely light at 18lbs (lighter than many single strollers!) It folds flat to make it easy to transport and store. It also has independently reclining seats, as well as large SPF50 sunvisors with a peekaboo view. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate children of various heights. It also features an integrated parking brake with one step, and is Disney-size approved.
The swivel wheels of the Jeep are also awesome to maneuver over bumps and uneven surfaces. However, this stroller doesn't accept car seats so your kids must be 6+ months old and have solid neck control to be able to ride in the front seat. The stroller comes with three panels of sun canopy, and each seat has its own cupholder and snack tray.
Another incredibly lightweight side-by-side stroller is Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's a little heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 pounds, but it's thin and slim (26.5 inches wide!) and comes with a lot of luxurious features that make it ideal for travel. It folds easily and very easy to move around. It also fits easily in the overhead compartments and trunks of airplanes.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's quite similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it does have a few key distinctions. It's a bit more expensive, but offers a more shady sun canopy and better maneuverability. It comes with a convenient carrying strap and can accommodate kids weighing up to 44 pounds for each seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
If you're looking for a stroller that's light in weight but also packed with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just lightweight, weighing just 13 pounds but also comes with a ton of storage space, including cup holders for the parent and child, a child's sippy-cup pouch, a parent's storage pocket and so on. This stroller is also able to fit a child's car seat and features a brake that is flip-flop friendly. It's designed to adapt to your kids from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller by simply attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children 6 months of age and up.
This stroller has only swivel-wheels and has no locking capabilities and therefore may not be the best choice for steep or rocky terrain. It's still a good choice for families with children, since it is able to be easily maneuvered on paved surfaces and other smooth surfaces.
This is among the smallest and light double strollers with full-size features. It folds easily with one hand and stored in the trunk or garage. It can be used as a travel stoller and is compatible with no additional adapters for most car seats.
Unlike most lightweight travel strollers unlike other strollers that are lightweight, the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ features two seats that can accommodate up to 50 lbs per seat (100 pounds total). double pram pushchair have individual leg rests, as well as three-panel canopy that has flip-out sunvisors and peekaboo window.
The seats are padded for your infant's comfort. They come with a padded 5-point safety harness that can be adjusted to three height positions. Each seat has an infant cushion, which is ideal for babies. The cup holders for parent and child, the cell phone holder and the large storage basket will be adored by parents. The stroller can also be purchased with the Yoyo+ Board which transforms it into a tandem.
Joovy X2 Kooper
The Kooper X2 double stroller is an excellent choice for parents who want a lightweight double that can accommodate two children. Its sling-style seats are comfortable, and they provide the same amount of headroom as other double strollers. This allows children to sit together. The Kooper X2 is unique in that it offers a fully reclined seat, which makes it a great option for napping. Its recline mechanism is simple to operate, but it doesn't go completely flat. Children who are taller might find they have a leg that hangs out of the way when sitting in a reclined position. It also has a huge canopy which we found to be better at blocking out sun than some other options in our top double strollers review.

The stroller is light enough to easily maneuver through door frames, which was a major issue for us with some other strollers we tested. It folds easily and the handlebars sit close to the ground. Its only drawback is its limited storage space. When it's full of toys for kids it can feel cramped.

In our tests in the lab, we look at multiple aspects to assess the ease of use of a double stroller. This includes how easy it is to fold and set up, how easy it is to adjust the safety harness, and how to open and close the brakes. We also lift and carry the strollers folded as if they were being placed in a trunk and how to set up and remove a car seat if applicable. We also looked at the strength and durability, as well as whether each product has a tray for parents that can be used by both children.
The Joovy Kooper X2 earned the top score for user-friendliness in our latest update of the top double strollers guide, and also one of the highest scores in our Strollers test program overall. Its simple-to-use design features one-hand, zero tilt recline and a large canopy that has ventilation mesh that is visible even when it's tilted. There are also separate tray for kids, cup holders built-in and pockets with zippers for parents, and an enormous storage basket.
